1. Where do we deliver and how much does it cost:

We deliver flowers within Tallinn and in the vicinity of Tallinn: Laagri, Viimsi, Jüri, Loo, Maardu and Kallavere, Saku, Keila, Saue, Tabasalu, Assaku, Harku, Kakumäe, Järvaküla, Kallavere, Aruküla, Lagedi, Muuga, Maardu, Muraste.

The price of the courier service within Tallinn is 4,5 EUR on work days from Monday to Friday, at weekends on Saturdays and Sundays 6,5 EUR. In the vicinity of Tallinn, on workdays from Monday to Friday 8,5 EUR, at weekends on Saturdays and Sundays 10,5 EEK.

Orders exceeding 35 EUR are delivered within Tallinn FREE OF CHARGE

If you wish to pick up your order at the shop, choose "I will pick up at the shop" when choosing the delivery area while placing the order. In this case, the price of the courier service is 0 EEK.

2. Ordering by phone:

You can place your order calling on the number 6 261110 (telephone number of the store) or on the mobile phone 5243357. You can give the receiver of the order the description and price of a bouquet seen on our webpage or describe the bouquet (which flowers, what colours and the price level) you would like to order.

The receiver of the order calculates the total price of the order (including flowers, card, courier service) and you can transfer the given amount to the bank account of OÜ Baltum Grupp 221018100917, adding the name and address of the recipient under the details on the payment order. If you wish, we will also send you the invoice by e-mail, but in this case you need to allow us more time for preparing and sending the invoice.

3. Ordering via e-floral shop

1) The easiest and fastest option! Look at the pictures and choose the product that you wish to buy and send. Clicking on the picture, you can see a bigger picture and description of the product. Clicking on the bigger picture, you can have an even more detailed view. If you wish to add the product to your basket, click on the link "Add to basket". Do the same if you wish to add a card, sweets or a present. You can view the content of your basket by clicking on the link "View basket".

2) Please check if all the desired products are listed in the basket. If you wish, you can also add a card, a present or something else. Click on the link "Place order".

3) Place the order carefully because the fast and smooth delivery of the products purchased by You depends on the accuracy and correctness of the information given to us. Under additional information you can mention the desired delivery time (morning, after lunch, after 12 PM etc), specifications i.e. the house has an intercom, the recipient only speaks English etc, if you wish.

Choose the delivery type that is most convenient for you from the option menu: picking up at the shop, sent by a courier in Tallinn or in the vicinity of Tallinn on a work day or at weekend.

4) Clicking on the link "Confirm order", you will see the content of the order form again and can make changes, if necessary. Choose a suitable payment method: would you like to make the payment immediately through the link to a suitable bank or would you like to receive an invoice on your e-mail for making the transfer. If you choose the latter option, keep in mind that the order will be processed when the transfer has been made and the money has been received on our account. Thus, in the case of more urgent orders, paying through the link to a bank should be preferred. When making the payment in the Internet bank, make sure you click "BACK TO THE MERCHANT" - this way we will be informed that the payment has been made.

Once we have received your orders, we will e-mail you a confirmation. If it is necessary to specify something, you will be contacted by phone or e-mail. If your order arrives after 6 PM on a workday, it will be processed on the morning of the following workday.

If we do not have the product ordered by you in the store and there is no time to order it we will inform you about it before dispatching the order. We will offer a replacement, for example, red gerberas instead of yellow ones in a bouquet etc. If our offer is not acceptable, the client has the right to cancel the order, see cancelling orders.

4. Delivery times

If you wish to pick up the flowers yourself, please place the order at least 1 hour in advance, bigger orders (funeral wreaths, bigger arrangements etc) at least 1 workday in advance. We accept orders on workdays from 8.00-16.00, we also accept orders for weekends.

If you wish to have the bouquet delivered by the courier, please place the order at least 3 hours in advance. The courier service works from Monday to Friday 9.00-19.00, Saturdays and Sundays 10.00-18.00. If you wish to have the bouquet delivered before or after the given times, negotiated prices apply for the courier service.

NB If your order arrives on a after 18.00, we accept the order at 8.00 of the following day and the flowers will be delivered to the recipient at 11.00 at the earliest.

5. Price of the order

You can decide upon the price of a bouquet or a flower arrangement while placing the order or choose the appropriate one from among the items in the selection of e-floral shop. A card or other small present can also be added to the bouquet.

If you wish to have the order delivered by a courier, the price of the courier services will be added to the price of the order.

There are several payment options:

  • Placing the order in the store and make a prepayment on the spot in cash or with a card payment.
  • Place the order over the phone and make the payment to the bank account of OÜ Baltum Grupp 221018100917, indicate the name and address of the recipient under details. In order to speed up the delivery you can send the confirmation of the payment to our e-mail mariannelilled@hot.ee
  • Make the purchase in e-floral shop (see ordering via e-floral shop) and make the payment through the link to the Internet bank.
  • We also offer the possibility to pay with a credit card via Internet.

6. Cancelling orders

You have the right to cancel your order before it has been delivered and to be refunded within 5 workdays. The orders can only be cancelled on workdays and not after 12 PM on the day before the day of delivery by calling on the number of Marianne Lilleäri 6261110 or 5243357. Requests for cancelling orders that are received later are not satisfied.

Special orders that are different from the customary products of e-floral shop cannot be cancelled.

If the delivery does not reach the recipient due to incomplete information given by the sender, the sender will assume liability for the dispatch. To enable us to contact you if any problems occur, please fill in the field of your contact data.

7. Security

Client information is strictly confidential and is not subject to disclosure to any third party. The clients have the right to request the deletion of their data from the database of Marianne floral shop, if they wish.  

Upon paying with a credit card, the merchant does not see the data entered by You. In order to execute the payment, You will be directed to the safe environment of Pankade Kaardikeskus, and at the time of the payment, the card data is entered by the cardholder into the database located in the server of Pankade Kaardikeskus. The data is stored only in the database located at Kaardikeskus.

The encrypted data communication channel with the banks ensures the security of the personal data and bank requisites of the client.
