Your total amount (including flowers, a card and the delivery charge) will be calculated and given to you by the person you talk to, after which you can pay the amount by bank transfer to the OÜ Baltum Grupp bank account (the details of which can be found under ‘Contacts’). Please add the recipient’s name and address to the payment details. After paying, e-mail the payment confirmation to marianne@lillepidu.ee. If you wish, we can send you an invoice by e-mail – but you should bear in mind that compiling and sending you the invoice may take longer than expected.

3.    Ordering from the online store

1)    This is the easiest and fastest way! Choose the product you would like to buy and send from among the pictures. Clicking on a picture will open a larger picture and description. Some products are available in different sizes – simply choose the one you want. When you have decided, click on ‘Add to cart’. If you would like to add a card, sweets or present to your order, do the same. You can view the contents of your cart by clicking on ‘Your cart’.

2)    When viewing your cart, check if all of the items you selected are listed. If you wish to add a message to your order, you can select a special card (under ‘Gifts – cards’). If you do not purchase a card, your message will be written on a small card with our logo. Please note: The text on your card is the only information that the recipient will get – if you do not write a message, we assume you wish to remain anonymous. Click on ‘Place order’.

3)    The payer’s information is your (i.e. the orderer’s) information. The recipient’s information is that of the person receiving the flowers. Be very careful when placing the order, because prompt and precise delivery depends on the accuracy of the information we are given. You can add comments if you wish, for example the delivery time (morning, afternoon or evening) and any details, e.g. that the building has an intercom or that the recipient only speaks English.

4)    Select the means and date of delivery under ‘Delivery options’: whether you will collect the order from the store yourself or whether you would like a timed delivery (add the time of delivery).

5)    Under ‘Payment options’ you can select the bank via which to make your payment, credit card payment or payment by invoice. If you choose payment by invoice, you will receive the invoice by e-mail, which you must pay in the bank before sending payment confirmation to marianne@lillepidu.ee.

Please note: If you would like the delivery to be made within three hours, select payment via a bank link.

6)    By clicking on ‘Place order’ you will be taken to the payment stage. When you have completed your transfer, click on ‘Back to merchant’ – this lets us know that your payment has been made.

Once we have received your order we e-mail you automatic confirmation. If there is any need to specify the details, we contact you by phone or e-mail. If your order reaches us after 17:00, it is dealt with the next morning (of the next working day).

If at the time we do not have the product you selected and there is no time to order more, we let you know before delivering the product, offering a replacement. If what we offer does not suit you, you can cancel your order. (See ‘Cancelling an order’.)

4.    Delivery deadlines
